Please go through the case reports in the links shared above and provide your critical appraisal of the captured data in terms of completeness, correctness and ability to provide useful leads to analyze the diagnostic and therapeutic uncertainties around the cases shared.

Please analyze the above linked long and short cases patient data by first preparing a problem list for each patient in order of perceived priority (based on the shared data) and then discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic uncertainty around solving those problems. 


Q3) Include the review of literature around sensitivity and specificity of the diagnostic interventions mentioned and same around efficacy of the therapeutic interventions mentioned for each patient. 


Q4) Testing competency in patient data capture and representation through ethical case reporting/case presentation with informed consent :


Share the link to your own case report this month of a patient that you connected with and engaged while capturing his her sequential life events before and after the illness and clinical and investigational images along with your discussion of that case.

Reflective logging of one's own experiences is a vital tool toward competency development in medical education and research.

As we have started attending our clinical postings in person... We have been able to communicate efficiently with the patients and work on improving our clinical skills. We were able to take history and perform the general and clinical examination of the case we were assigned and have been trying to get better at it. We also were able to present the case. This kind of exposure is mandatory and the postings are really helping us out with it.

A 38 year old male with an episode of seizures

 This is an online E logbook to discuss our patient’s de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian’s signed informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patient’s problems through a series of inputs from the available global online community of experts intending to solve those patients' clinical problems with collective current best evidence-based inputs. Patient is a weaver by occupation living in a rural setup.   Chief complaints : Patient came to opd at 12 am with seizures( in an unconscious state).  History of presenting illness: Patient apparently asymptomatic the night before admission. He had come along with his mother for a general check up( his mother had pedal edema). Patient went to sleep around 9pm at night and an episode happened around 12am midnight.  Bimonthly assessment(General medicine department) Question 1: Reviewing blogs written by our seniors(8thsemester) 1.https://dandushivani.blogspot.com/2021/06/covid-e-logs.html?m=1 The ongoing covid pandemic has undergone many changes both externally (the symptomatology in patients who have contracted COVID) and the virus itself isn't the same as it was an year ago.
